10 Awesome Rice Krispie Treats: Kid and Adult Friendly

October 14, 2012

My daughter, Leigh, has a “Hoedown” party where she dances tonight. Since we had to bring a dessert, I decided to make Cowboy Rice Krispie Treats using a cowboy hat crispy cookie cutter. This is Leigh’s favorite easy dessert, and she said they taste even better like this. Here are 10 other fabulously creative ideas for Rice Krispie Treats.

My granddaughter age 2 is allergic to eggs. Rice Krispie treats are what she eats instead of cupcakes, etc. I am sending this to my daughter!! Thanks!!

Almost prophetic...just made some this weekend that was really a recreation of a treat a friend sent me from back home. It was on a stick, that while fun was a pain to make; mine is simply a layered chocolate/walnut/caramel topping. Now I want to try some of these! Will Rice Krispie treats be the new kale? :)
