10 Gluten-Free Breakfast Recipes

September 30, 2012

Most of you know that my life has been upside down the past month or so, moving and getting settled. I appreciate all of the emails, messages, and tweets from all of you during my tough time. Carolyn, a gluten free maven and blogger from All Day I Dream About Food asked me if she could put together a “guest post” on gluten-free breakfast recipes to help me out with my workload during this busy time. I am so thankful and honored to share these 10 gluten free breakfast recipes that she has put together below. Take it Away Carolyn..

Whether you gluten-free by choice or by necessity, breakfast can be one of the toughest meals of the day.  Many breakfast foods like toast, cereal and pancakes are traditionally made with wheat flour and so are off-limits.  And sometimes the gluten-free versions are so full of sugar, they aren’t much healthier!  But I’ve rounded up some great gluten-free breakfast ideas that are healthy, easy to make, and low in sugar.  These will keep you full until lunchtime and you won’t miss the wheat one little bit! Enjoy these 10 gluten-free breakfast recipes starting with Alison’s Grain Free Granola via Ingredients, Inc (pictured above).
