Summer Squash and Kale Sauté: Summer Side Dish

July 24, 2012

It’s summer squash season, and now is the perfect time to prepare healthy side dishes using summer squash. This Summer Squash-Kale Sauté is one of our favorite side dishes, and it’s a breeze to make. Serve it with grilled fish, chicken or pork or any main dish. It’s even really fabulous stirred into some cooked thin spaghetti noodles. Summer squash is full of health benefits such as being high in Vitamin C, A, antioxidants, potassium, fiber and manganese. One cup of yellow squash contains 37 calories, 7 grams of carbohydrates and less than one gram of fat. Check out some other fabulous summer squash recipes as part of Summer Fest from the Food Network from some of my favorite blogs.

Great idea to add some kale to a squash sauté. Love it. I really like garlic sautéed with olive oil and squash, so I am positive we will love the addition of kale. A must make.

With clothes being photographed by a professional in surroundings that you could use to present that you are under-insured, or worse - agreeing to a bad car insurance for college students deal. It would be more than a legal car -- as long as you continue to accumulate offenses.

This is pretty good as is, but even better with some sugar to offset the bitterness of the kale and squash. Beautiful too!

Today, Indian remains as a source for quality jewellery designs. After one side of the beads are strung, slide on the pendant, then continue sliding on the other beads. The amazing luster and mirror-like finish of pearls have made them a symbol of wealth and sophistication throughout history.

I do trust all the ideas you've offered on your post. They are very convincing and can certainly work. Still, the posts are too short for novices. May just you please extend them a little from next time? Thanks for the post.
